    Hello,

I installed this rating widget several weeks ago, and I was wondering why until now nobody voted. I truly have little visitors, but not that little. So I asked some of them and they told me they were unable to vote, because nothing happened after they clicked on the stars. I only have one vote on one post and I truly don’t know who made it.
On the other side, the widget that accompanies the plugin to show the most voted posts, never appeared on the sidebar. I selected the option only for posts, but I can’t see even the title.
    The blog is https://www.azultrenzado.com

Did anybody have the same troubles? Can anyone help me?
    Thank you very much.

    Hi @carme,

    1. It was me testing your ratings. Everything looks fine on my browser, maybe you can tell me what browser are you using?

    2. In order to have the Top-Rated Widget, you must add it in your WP widgets section.

    Hello, Mr. Feldman,

sure I have my widget added on the WP widget section. If I hadn’t I couldn’t be surprised for not seeing it ?? But it doesn’t show up, that’s all. Nobody sees it. It’s supposed to be enabled for posts.

About the voting, I use firefox, but I have also tried from ie, and my brother tried from safari, my boyfriend from opera. Also some friends tried to vote from firefox and ie too. No results for anyone. I am at a loss ??

@carme I’ve checked your site on all of the mentioned browsers, and the ratings are working correctly. With regards to the side-bar widget, please send me a temporary admin access to [vova AT rating-widget DOT com] and I’ll check it myself.

Well, it seems you can make it work, I’ve seen you’ve voted in some posts. But it seems you are the only one able to do it.
I’ll let my brother take a closer look, he is a web disagner, so maybe he will find the problem.
    Thank you very much

Try to rate both, when you logged in and logged out. Maybe it somehow related to that.

    Please keep me updated.

    Any updated here?

We’ve tried first unisntalling to start from zero, but had to wait until the starts showed again (same problem as the first time) and then again we were unable to vote. I don’t know exactly what my brother did, I think he looked for some kind of incompatibility (?) with something I had previously installed on my wordpress, but he couldn’t find which was the problem.
I’m sorry to say that in the end we decided to uninstall it and replace it with other plugin.
Thank you anyway for your help. I rated your plugin as a good one anyway because I don’t think the problem was on your work.
In case you want to keep digging, I can tell you which other plugins I had installed with yours so you can check if there is any incompatibility:
    – Formulario de contacto 7, 3.4.1, Takayuki Miyoshi.
    – Custom Link widget, 1.1.1
    – K-news 1.4.3
    – Twitter Follow Button for WordPress, Darko Mitrovic.

I have other ones, but they were installed when your plugin was already there. WordPress version is 3.5.1.

    Thank you
