Visitors unable to post testimonials

I used to like this plugin, but it seems that people are now unable to post a testimonial using the form. I’ve tried this myself, and it seems that I can successfully post one if I am logged in, but not if I’m logged out. The message ‘testimonial successfully submitted’ does not appear, and no confirmation email is sent.
