Visitors post with file upload plugin (Guestbook)

Hello, im looking for a plugin where visitors can leave some kind of review and will be able to upload a file (i guess it’s like a guestbook).
To be more specific. There will be a page just for this, in which we will ask from visitors to write a “review” of our place (lets say a coffee shop) submiting their name, their review of the place , and some photos that they took in our shop.
After submiting administrator will accept the review and then it will appear in our page.
I found some review plugins but none of them had file upload option.
