• Hello Team, We see that the visitors’ data count is improper for the last 3 months (April-June). Also as we checked the plugin settings the “Cache compatibility” option is enabled, but we would like to know the reason for this issue and the solution for the same if we can retrieve the data. And FYI, we moved the site from one hosting server to another recently, so will it be the reason for losing the statics data for those months?

    The issue you mentioned can have multiple causes, and one of them could be related to migrating your data from one host to another. Such a migration can result in conflicts, and it’s possible that the table prefixes were not properly changed, leading to missing data.
