• Since last update, both the Visitors and Visits count far less than Google Analytics (and also less then my historical data), see screenshot here: https://view.moezx.cc/images/2019/05/27/statistics.png.

I use a cloudflare CDN service, so I have chosen “Use HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR” as the visitor IP identification method, also I’ve turned on “Use Cache Plugin” and saved in permalink page, and refreshed the cache (actually while cache plugin has been turned off, the counter still not right).

This plugin work well before, but met issue above since last update, the last version I used before this update was released about half a year ago.

    The current version is v12.6.5.

  • Hi all,

I also would like to report the same problem.

I have been using the plugin for over a year, but since the last update the visits dropped a lot, which leads to the question: was the previous statistics incorrect, or the recent ones?

I also report that Google Analytic show a higher number of visits.

    Regards,

I have been experiencing this for a while, after an update it stops, then after the next it starts working, and now for the last 2 updates it’s back to showing 1 or 2 visitors a day when there should be much more. I am not techy, and my IT guy said to look at the forums and find the answers. Where do I start to get this back to functional?
Currently on Version 12.6.6.1. I don’t program or have access to the server.

Please help me tell the tech guy what to do!
