After no country or city was recognized, I was partially successful. Land now goes and are recognized. The permissions for GeoLite2-Country.mmdb and GeoLite2-City.mmdb were 604. After changing to 644, at least the countries were displayed again. Unfortunately not the cities ??

    Thanks,
    G?sta

Can you please check the PHP error log? also is the GeoIP City enabled in the settings page?

Btw, do you use the latest version of plugin?

Yes City is of course activated.

After manually uploading the MaxMind DB file’s files via FTP, the error went away. But cities are always not recognized.

    Hello,
the problem is “Hash IP Addresses”. Now when I disabled it, the cities are also shown.
But I think that for better data protection, city recognition should also work with “Hash IP Addresses” activated.
    Can you please realize this?

    Thanks,
