Visitors can’t subscribe

    I have enabled the built in sign up form, but not everyone can sign up.
    I have been notified that some users have tried signing up, but receive a message saying their email is not valid.

    She tried several times, checking her email address is correct but still receiving the same message.

    Any idea what I can do to fix this?
