    Hi guys,

I’m having an issue here with my popup.

It’s a side popup and I want to allow users to still interact with other elements on the web page while the popup is being displayed.

But right now when never the popup is shown, users can’t click on anything else until they close the popup (they can still scroll, just not click).

    What should I do differently?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cand01t

Solution for it is pretty easy.

    In the builder:
Click on the very background, make sure its opacity is set to 0%.
Then simply check ‘No Action (pop-up stays open).’ in actions dropdown.

Our positioning system should automatically detect what you wanted to achieve and remove the overlay, so the site should stay interactive.

If that does not work for you please provide us two factors we will help you directly via your account.

    1) Your email of MPU account.
    2) Pop-up name/slug.

You also can send those via email if you wish to keep your email private.

    Hi @popupshelp ,

Changing that didn’t do it for me. Here are my details for your checking:

    1) Email: truong [at] gempages [dot] help
    2) Pop-up name/slug: Blue email side widget with pic

    Thank you
