  • Hello @the_magicbus,

I have submitted a report to our Development Team to investigate this problem, as it appears to be a bug, it may be related to Google Calendar’s ability to import the ICS file format, but I will update this ticket as soon as I can get an update.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. (Ref: PROD-3399)

    Hi @the_magicbus,

Can I request that you submit a Get Help ticket, as I’d like to ask you for more detailed information on the calendar to help debug the problem, which appears to be syntax error in the events.

Please click here and open a ticket:

Of course. Thanks for getting back to me. I’ll submit the ticket now.

    Ticket received, thankyou.

Updating thread: This bug has been fixed — Exporting your events to your Google calendar.
You will need to update your Core calendar to the latest version (2.5.22) by logging into your WordPress dashboard, then navigate to Plugins, the click on “Update Now” next to “All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly”

Once you are finished updating to the latest version, you will be able to export your event to your Google calendar by scrolling to the bottom of your calendar, then clicking on the [+Subscribe] button, then click on “Add to Google Calendar”.

Hi, we have update to version 2.5.22 of the plugin but we are still experiencing the same problems (you can click to add the calendar to Google Calendar but when you select it on the Google Calendar none of the dates appear).

Any help with this ongoing problem would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @the_magicbus

As per the support ticket it appears the problem has been solved. Please advise of any changes done on your end.
