    In the “Visitor Insights” panel only the views are shown before June 10th. Since June 10th until today the views and visitors are shown. But all my visitor numbers before June 10th are now set to 0 – which seems logically impossible, when there are views.

    This error did not exist in the past, I could always see views and visitors going back to June 2022, when the website started. So I suppose one of the last updates has caused this issue.

    Thank you for opening the thread.

    It is likely that before June 10, the recording of the pages visited by users was not active for you, and with the recent update and changes in the queries, the absence of visited pages is causing these statistics not to be displayed.

    Could you please specify more precisely in which section or widget you are seeing the number zero?

    This will help us investigate the issue more accurately and resolve it.

    The page is called “Visitor Insights” and the tab on that page is called “Views” and the chart in question is called “Traffic Trends”. From the overview page I can get there by clicking on “Daily Traffic Trend Report”. The URL is wp-admin/admin.php?page=wps_visitors_page&tab=views.

    The chart shows two curves: one in purple for “Views” and one in blue for “Visitors”. The curve for “Views” seems normal, but the one for “Visitors” is flat until June 9th (the value, when hovering over that part of the curve, always shows as 0) and on June 11th it continues normally (meaning that the values are in line with what we usually have).

    On June 10th, while the value is not 0 anymore, it appears to be much too low. Perhaps I upgraded the plugin at a certain time that day and only the visitors after the upgrade are shown.

    Is this description clear enough or do you want me to send a screenshot? I’m not sure if I can post that publically, but I can send it via mail.

    Thank you for the detailed explanation. There is no need for a screenshot. We understand the reason for this issue and are currently investigating and resolving it.

    The only issue is with the query in this section, which has caused this problem. We will address this issue in future versions.
