Hi, I use the AAM plugin with the plus package. And i would like to restrict visitors access to certain pages. But the restrictions for visitors don’t seem to work, while those applied on certain roles do work. The website is https://www.jecotrading.com/home and ‘winkel’ is the page that i want to resctrict for visitors.

I don’t understand why, because i have used the plugin before on another website that is on the same server. And here the restriction for visitors on certain pages does work.

  • Hi nlstijl,

Thank you for your question. The problem can be with your Theme. Can you please try to switch to any default WordPress theme and see if this will work.

Meantime we’ll check on our side what possibly can be wrong.

    Thank you!

    Hi Vasyl,

Thanks for the quick response! I downloaded this version and replaced it with the official version, but once i activate it, my site and admin panel are not accessible anymore.

Instead i get a blank page with some code related to AAM. I put the content in a temporary txt file for you to check https://jecotrading.com/temp.txt

    Thanks, Marcel

    Hi Marcel,

Sorry. We just release the new official update 3.4.1. It should work now.

    Thank you!
