When trying to view visitor profiles or segmented visits from the user id list,

    wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=range&date=previous7#?period=range&date=previous7&idSite=1&category=General_Visitors&subcategory=UserId_UserReportTitle

the resulting pop-up report window either moves up to the top of the screen so that only the bottom becomes visible, or the whole screen gets masked in semi-transparent grey. This did not happen in the first days after installing Matomo, and it happens only with Firefox, not with Chrome. Even more strange, it happens only on my desktop PC when using Firefox, whereas it is O.K. on my laptop (same Windows, same Firefox…). Checking Firefox pop-up blocker and add-on ad blocker did not resolve the issue. Nevertheless, the issue is apparently caused by the local system environment, not by Matomo. Do you have any hint?

Hello @eicken71 I tried to check my resources and we didn’t receive any similar issue like this. Kindly try to turn off your anti virus installed on your computer as that might be causing the issue. You can also try to uninstall your Firefox browser and re-install it. I hope that helps.

Hey @eicken71 . Have you already had a look at our last comment or maybe any question about it?

After experiencing other funny things with Firefox, I discarded it completely and switched to Brave. Since then, the issue is resolved – never ask why.

    Thank you for following up!
