Visitor Data Is Inputted Multiple Times When They Refresh The Page

  • Hi,

    I connected my form to a spreadsheet cause im not getting any email when the visitor inputted their data. But the problem is, the data is submitted multiple times whenever the visitor refreshed the page.

    To show it on my article page, im using the plus addons for guttenberg. Are there any solution to this problem of mine?

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    For the theme, the site is using agency theme. And as for the plugin, the list are :

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Hi, thank you for getting back on my problem. I did all of those ideas you gave me but nothing worked unfortunately. Is there any other way to fix this multiple input problem of mine?
