A visitor sends me a message using the Contact Us form. This form has an acceptance field. The message is stored by Flamingo. Flamingo records the name, email address, the message itself, the IP etc so it stores personal data!
The sender has no account on my site, but he uses the Privacy Tools page to ask me for his personal data I stored.
    The email he receives says:
“None of your personal data is stored on My Blog”. And this is not quite true, isn’t it.
So what should we do to comply with GDPR even when we record personal data from visitors?

  • Under the settings of each contact form there’s the Privacy tab. Have you checked the checkbox to enable integration and entered the name of the primary email field there?
