On my site, the default text color for links is blue. But I’ve noticed that once an item in the Upcoming Events widget is hovered over, it turns black. Is there some CSS code I can add on the options page to stop that from happening?

    Thanks.

  • It is probably something your theme is adding. Can you provide a link to your site so I can advise on the CSS required to change it?

Thanks for the response. It looks like it somewhat resolved itself after I set up category colors. (I’m still in the process of building the site.)

    A couple of follow-on questions:

Does the bonus pack allow for customizing font size/weight in the widget? The theme I’m using has a black background for the footer, so short of trying to edit style.css and change both the background and font colors in the footer I’m not sure what my options are.

Is there an option to set a recurring event, then go back and edit instances of that event? For example, worship happens every Sunday, but the church secretary would like to note who’s running the sound, etc. each week on the calendar.

    Site in progress is https://hillsdalepresbyterian.org/site/

    Thanks.

Never mind…I’m slowly figuring out which footer values I need to change in style.css…

Happy to hear you are sorting out your styles.

There is no way to edit individual occurrences of a recurring event, sorry.
