‘Visit Store’ and ‘Sold by’ links not working on site pages

    Hi,
    On a multi vendor site, I can not get ‘Visit Store’ and ‘Sold by’ links to show up on site pages (in particular, single product pages). Names of shops do not show up either.
    I have all 4 boxes unchecked (empty) in the BP WC Vendors > Deactivate Links settings.
    I checked WOO Commerce and WC Vendors settings (incl Woo Commerce > status > tools) and they seem correct. What can cause this problem> I will appreciate any help.

    Please add your admin user credentials into the support ticket if you liek a support agent to check your setup.

    Thank you Sven,
    I found a way to resolve it by myself.
    I went to WC Vendors > Settings > Labels (‘Labels’ are in the middle of the page).
    Then checked the box ‘Sold by’ and filled out the field ‘Sold by Label’.
