As for visits, the difference between the values comes from how visits work in SliceWP. Once a referral link is accessed by a visitor, a tracking cookie is set and a visit is created. If this visitor accesses the same affiliate’s referral link again, while the tracking cookie is active, no other visit will be created.
Only once the tracking cookie expires for this visitor will a new cookie be set and a visit created when the visitor accessed the affiliate’s referral link.

The visit counter from WordPress will most likely track subsequent accesses of referral links, ones that are not being recorded by SliceWP, as their already “active” visits.
