    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    The “cookie” condition requires given cookie to be set. Configuring such condition doesn’t make Hustle set such cookie – only check it.

    A cookie with the name that you used there (note: it doesn’t use uppercase characters and the number in cookie name in rule must much the popup ID number) is set if the “Number of times visitor has seen this module” visibility rule is set only.

    If you don’t use this rule, that cookie is not set so your cookie rule won’t work either.

    But if you want to show the popup only once and then only after cookies are cleared, then you can simply set one visibility rule:

    “show when ALL of the following conditions match – Number of Times visitor has seen this module is less than 1”

    Once the popup shows then it will only show again for the same user after cookies are cleared.
