    I am looking for a way to get customers to send in offers for inventory that sits for more than a month. Is there a way to show a popup form based on the visibility rule that the product that a visitor is looking at has been published for over 30 days?

    Hope you are doing fine.

    In order to make a popup visible just to certain products, you can create a category for them. The category for these products can be manually changed in bulk based on the published date. Take a look to the screenshot below:

    Then you can set the popup visibility to a Woocommerce Category as displayed below:

    And then indicate the category were all the products are grouped:

    In this way the popup will be visible to the products, based on the needed criteria.
