Visibility on menu items by groups

    Is is possible to control visibility of menu items by “Groups” groups.
    Adding custom links menu item with # as URL is an “unclickable” menu item but cannot be restricted to a group.

    Sorry but at least at the moment this feature is not supported.
    Groups plugin though restricts automatically links of restricted content. For example if a post is restricted to a group, the post menu item will also be restricted to the same group.

    Maybe this helps https://github.com/itthinx/groups-premium-menu-hide ? It’s an example plugin that allows to hide menu items for members of a “Premium” group.
