Visibility of shipping cost before checkout

We purchased the Wc vendors pro version. However, Our vendors are having issues when adding products on their store. Written below are some of the issues we are facing at the moment on https://www.momsandmamas.com

– The shipping cost doesn’t appear when viewing the products and also on the checkout page after it has been inputted at the initial stage of adding the products.

– When adding variable products from the front end, the “used for variable” box does not tick at the add attributes column.
Kindly assist as to how we can make it work and also note this only happens on the front end.
