Hi there, I have encountered a situation, where I can’t restrict sidebar content, in this case ads, to be shown on subscriber level or lower only, and not for paying customers.

I have set the Visibility to both subscribers and customers, levels created in Restrict User Access, where this very well restrict the content for Customer level or higher

    Members> Synchronized Role> Customer

But in my case I could use a condition like Content that meets the following conditions will only be accessible by this level or lower:

I have tried to Negate the conditions, but of course this doesn’t affect the visibility.

For sidebar content, like ads, you most likely are working with level conditions “lower”, rather than “higher” because you should be able to offer your site free from ads.

I hope you will have this in mind in future updates.

    Regards
    Carsten

    Thank you for the suggestion.

The same result could be done by creating 2 sidebars. One for non-paying users that contains ads, and one for paying users users that replace the first one.

    I hope this helps!

Is this how the setup should look like for the Below Header sidebar?

I can’t test it, because the custom sidebars are not showing any content, as described in another post.
