    Hi there,

Latest version of WordPress installed with Elementor Pro, plus free version of s2member.

For my website I only have free users (level 0 of s2member).

In the theme builder of Elementor Pro I’ve made two sets of headers, both with display conditions on for entire site). One header is for logged out users (Guests) and one for logged in users (Logged in users). I’ve successfully made this work using your plugin and when logged in as admin the logged in header shows. When logged out, the logged out header shows. All great ??

The problem is coming when I login as a free member rather than admin – no header is showing at all.

I’ve attempted different combinations of hidden/visible all with the same result.

In my visibility control drop down list I noticed though, that as well as Guests, Logged in Users etc. I can also choose s2member level 1, s2member level 2, s2member level 3 and s2member level 4. There is no s2member level 0 in the dropdown though – which is what the free members are classed as in s2member.

Really hoping you can help me with this in someway! I love the plugin and so easy to use – just this one thing is a bit of an issue for me.

    Thannks!

    It’s ok. I solved this!

The problem was that I’d set up two separate headers in the Theme Builder and Elementor didn’t like that. I’ve placed them all in the same header template now and defined all the visibility as required and it works fine.

Really glad I’m able to do this thanks to your plugin!
