• I’m testing Widget Manager Light 1.4 and my widgets are not showing up where they’re supposed to. I’ve tried re-installing the plugin and logging out and in again, but it doesn’t help. I’m hoping to find out whether this is a bug or just me.

Details: I’m using WP 3.5.1 with a very stripped down theme based on underscores.me and a few plugins besides Widget Manager Light, but nothing pertaining to widgets and nothing obtrusive. I’ve added two widgets to a sidebar for testing purposes. I’ve set both widgets to display on one specific page each, but they are showing up on several pages. Not everywhere, but definitely in places where they shouldn’t. I can’t really find the pattern in it either. Widgets on single posts seem to work as expected for me, but on pages they do not. I’m using index.php as a template for pages and posts and I’m not doing anything funky in terms of templates, rewrites or otherwise.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues? If it’s not the plugin that’s buggy, then I’d appreciate any tips for figuring this out. Thanks!
