    Thank you for your answer.
I have just upgraded from Virtue 2.3.0 to 2.3.3.
    Virtue toolkit is still 2.1.
    Wordpress version is 4.0.1.
    Everything is working fine.
Now I would like to upgrade from WP 4.0.1 to WP 4.1.
You confirmed that virtue toolkit 2.1 is compliant with WP4.1, I assume that Virtue 2.3.3 is compliant with WP4.1 as well, is it OK ?
Also before the upgrade to WP4.1, I have exported the data (through the export tool) to a xml file, could you please confirm that the export file contains the portfolio items. Just for my information where are stored the portfolio items ? is it in the same database than the standard WP posts ?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

Yes, export files contain all posts types assuming you selected so when you exported.

As for virtue toolkit, why not upgrade to latest version?

I have just upgraded to WP 4.1 with Virtue 2.3.3.
    Now there is something wrong.
before the upgrade, there were a few “portfolio grid” pages designed to show choosen portfolio types. It worked properly.
Now all the portfolio posts and portfolio grid pages are still here but they are no longer associated. When we click on a post to open it, we get “page not found”.
Thanks in advance for your help

page not found is usually a permalinks issue. Try re-saving your permalinks in the settings > permalinks page.

I have just upgraded to virtue 2.3.7 et virtue toolkit 2.7.
    Still the same problem.
    In summary :
    WP 4.1
    Virtue theme 2.3.7
    Virtue toolkit 2.7

When we click on an existing portfolio post to open it, we get “pag not found”.

I tried to create a new portfolio post with a specific portfolio type. When we click on the permalink to preview the post we get the same error message
