virtue theme slider not working on other pages

Hey, it looks likes you’ve set up your homepage slider but haven’t added any others. You can add a slider to each page by setting the page template to “feature”. Once you’ve updated the page a list of options will appear to set up a slider.

I want to set a slider on a page but not the home page, using Virtue theme. Tutorials say to set up a draft Feature page and then to click on Feature Page Options – but WHERE do you find those options ?
