I’m having a weird problem since I switched one of my menu items from a page to a blog category, the original category description displays on the front page of the website with the description.

I deleted the text information and cleared the cash several times, but the extra text won’t go away.

It’s all the text under the link titled: Podcast. Any ideas?

Hey, what do you mean you switched a menu item?
So under the Podcast menu item in Appearance > Menus in the Description tab it is blank, yet still showing the front page, correct? Does this go away if you create a whole new menu item without adding a description?

When I say switched. I had a page called Podcast with links to all the category pages (silly right I know). Recently I created a blog category that had an existing description. I deleted and saved the menu afterwards but the description text just won’t go away.

I have not created a whole new menu item because I’m paranoid that something bad will happen LOL.

Should I just do that and then delete the podcast category and then switch the name of the new category to podcast?

FIXED! I deleted the old one and made a new one! Nothing bad happened.

    Thanks.
