Logo jumps when scrolling down

Hi there,

When I scroll down the page and the header shrinks, the logo seems to jump and it seems to be contained within a box.

It didn’t do that when i first uploaded the logo. It just happened when i uploaded a new logo image. How can i get rid of that effect?
