Virtue Theme Issue

I’ve decided to try to use the theme called “Virtue” after discovering that the Themify themes I purchased aren’t working as I had expected. When I attempted to change the colors in the Basic Styling and Advanced Styling sections of the Customize menu and saved the draft, the colors reverted back to the default. How can I keep save these colors permently?
