• Hello!

I am running into an issue when I have only 1 project image. In these cases, I am creating a different image to use as the featured image and am setting the ‘Project Options’ to ‘Image’. When I do this, the only image that shows up on the post is the featured image and not the project image that I uploaded. The only workaround I’ve found is to set the ‘Project Options’ to ‘Image Slider’. When I do this, then the project image appears. However, this misleads the viewer to think that there are multiple images. Is there a way to fix this?

  • Hey! I just did what you said you tried and it worked well for me. The image slider does not display any arrows when I place a single image in it, and the featured image is still only being displayed on the portfolio page.

Could you possibly send a link to the site so I could see what exactly you’re talking about?

    Thanks!

    Hi nkotharyshah,
I’m confused. Why are you setting a different featured image than the project image? In the post you linked to the same image is appearing on the portfolio page and the portfolio post. Is this not what you want? Sorry for not understanding!

You can choose project options : none. Then add a different image into the post content if your not wanting the featured image to be what is shown on the portfolio posts page.

    Hi!

That is correct – I want a different featured image than what is shown as the project image.

If I choose ‘None’ in Project Options and then add the image into the page content, it appears underneath the description and not next to it. And that’s not what I’m looking for.

Is there a way to do what I described above?

    Thanks,
    Niyati

    Hey,
You can use the theme column shortcodes or pagebuilder to set up columns on your page.

Also if you added the image first the aligned it left the text would float around it.
