virtue child theme header and footer error

i’m not trying to edit the main theme. i have a child theme so how i go about doing that.

Hi Jack, not sure if I understand: Do the instructions “Go to the Theme Editor and insert <?php wp_head(); ?> just before the </head> line of your theme’s header.php file” not work in your theme?

No, i don’t see a header.php thats under the parent theme i’m working from a child theme
