    Theme: Virtue
    Version: 3.4.4

    Plugin: Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit
    Version 4.9.6

After a recent update to the theme and plugin, this plugin causes the home page of the site to display a 500 Internal Server Error.
I’ve verified this by activating and deactivating the plugin. When it is inactive, the front page works, when the plugin is active, 500 error. Unfortunately, not having the plugin enabled, breaks the portfolio pages (eg. media on my site)

I’m on Godaddy hosting, so I have limited access to error logs, but I’m able to see these errors thrown when the error occurs:

[Fri Feb 12 17:01:39 2021] [11341268] [fcgid:warn] (104)Connection reset by peer: [client 4.14.243.50:63429] mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server

    [Fri Feb 12 17:01:39 2021] [11341268] [core:error] [client 4.14.243.50:63429] End of script output before headers: index.php

I have the plugin disabled for now so that I can at least serve content.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey,
I can’t recreate this. Can you tell me what version of PHP you are using so I can try and recreate it, getting output from the PHP error log would be really helpful if you can access that.

Thank you for the response Ben. The version of PHP is 5.6.27, which I can’t upgrade unfortunately. I tried getting a php-error log generated, but I’m on old Godaddy hosting and nothing I tried worked. Sorry I can’t provide that.
This might be a good reason to finally leave Godaddy and go to a more reliable provider.
Thanks for looking into this! Hopefully you’re able to repro the issue.

Have you tried reinstalling perhaps when you updated the plugin didn’t fully install?

I deactivated the plugin, deleted it, then reinstalled it. The issue still persists. Do I need to load any of the demo content? Do I need to choose one of the page builders? Any sort of setup that needs to be done in the newer versions?
