Virtually no support

  • Good idea but useless without support.

    The plugin fails to keep the WooCommerce store connected to the Snapppt platform. Even after posting a support request there has been zero feedback from the dev team. Additionally we encounter the issue that product images are not pulled from the shop server.

    I guess we may have to abandon this plugin. Sad really since the idea and concept is fundamentally good.
