    Hello everybody

    I have a problem with my orders as they’re all stuck on processing and never changes to completed unless i do it manually.

    Right now all of my virtual products are “free”, so they’re set to 0 as we haven’t set up a payment solution yet – however i’ve now finally set up payment and wanted to test with a new order.

    Unfortunately the new order, despite payment going through and despite the order being set to virtual, doesn’t change its status to completed, which i need it to do to keep track in backend and to send out invoices customers.

    Hope someone can help clear this up

    You mentioned the product is set to virtual, but is it set to downloadable too?

    If the product is only set as virtual it won’t complete the order right away. It stays as processing since the customer did not get the product yet.

    If the product is also set to downloadable and the issue persists, please let us know so we can investigate this further.

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
