Hi there,

I would like to know how an iDEAL-payment with Sisow/WooCommerce behaves with regards to a special type of product.
I have LearnDash installed, a plugin that creates courses. With the plugin LearnDash WooCommerce Integration, the course can be sold as a product in WooCommerce.
The integration plugin creates a new type of product ‘module’.

When I pay for this product through iDEAL with Sisow, the status of the order is ‘pending’ however: the customer has already been given access to the product/module.

Because I’m installing LearnDash/WooCommerce/WooCommerce Sisow payment options for clients I’d like to know for sure how these plugins exactly work together.

It might be the plugin views the LearnDash product as ‘virtual’ and thus grands access to the courses, but I’m not sure.

Can someone explain this to me?

Ik wil graag weten hoe een iDEAL-betaling met Sisow/WooCommerce wordt afgehandeld bij een specifiek type product.
Ik heb een site met LearnDash erop+ een plugin die cursussen maakt. Met de plugin LearnDash WooCommerce Integration, kan de cursus als een product in WooCommerce verkocht worden.
De integration plugin cre?ert een nieuw type product: ‘module’.

Wanneer ik het product koop m.b.v. iDEAL en Sisow, dan gaat de status van de bestelling naar ‘in behandeling’. Echter de klant heeft op dat moment al toegang gekregen tot het product/module.

Omdat ik LearnDash/WooCommerce/WooCommerce Sisow payment options voor mijn klanten installeer, wil ik graag zeker weten hoe deze plugins precies samenwerken.
Het zou kunnen dat de plugin het LearnDash product als ‘virtual’ ziet en daarom al toegang verleent tot de cursussen. Maar dat weet ik niet zeker.

Kan iemand mij dit uitleggen?
