    Hello!

    Could you please disable ATUM inventory managing on Virtual products? Or if that’s already been done, virtual subscriptions?

    We have a Subscription virtual product that is a membership but now I have to set it to 9999 items on inventory so it won’t show up as Out of Stock in the frontend.

    Thank you very much for your post.

    I am sorry you are having some troubles setting ATUM up. We are already supporting WC Subscriptions and you can turn the stock management off in settings.

    In case the subscription is done by another plugin, I recommend to turn the global manage stock option off in your shop and only activate products you want to manage.

    I would be happy to have a look at your shop settings if you like and suggest more specific way, however, you would need to open a private official ticket ( Stock Central – Help Menu).

    We are helping the user over at our official support page. Subscriptions are working fine and can be removed from the influence of ATUM from settings, however, virtual products are not supported at the moment. The user will have to wait for our new feature that will allow admins to remove stock management from the Stock Central screen directly.

    We are closing this post, but if anyone needs some help or advice regarding similar case, do let us know.
