The payment methods have disappeared!

By some reason, the available payment options has disappeared, and WooCommerce now show the following message on checkout:
There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.This used to work, so I am not sure what has happened. Maybe the recent update to WooCommerce 6.3 has led to this? Or, a recent WooCommerce update? I am not sure. The last successful order was placed on 8th of August, so it did at least work then.
Any ideas on what might be wrong here, and how to fix this? I have tried disabling and re-enabling the payment gateways, without any luck.
