Virtual product pages

Is there anyway to include Virtual product page type that I have on my site?
Right now the plugin doesn’t seem to read the url past/product/ and auto directs all missing pages to the homepage.
All my product url’s are prefixed /product/
Example:
https://somesite.com/product/JVC-LT-40CF890-Fire-TV-Edition-40-Smart-4K-Ultra-HD-HDR-LED-TV-with-Amazon-Alexa.html
