Virtual Gift Card gets stuck in Processing

    So when our users purchase a gift card, even though the card is virtual (no option to make a physical card), the order gets stuck in processing, where we have to manually complete the order. Is there some sort of work around to get the order to automatically complete once the purchase is completed?

    Unfortunately, in the free version only is possible to create physical gift cards but not virtuals, so seem that you are using the premium version.

    This forum is only for the free version, so if you have the correct license you can open a ticket to ask for your issue.
