    Hey,

    I have entered all the secret keys, it’s showing that everything is okay, in Woo / settings / payments VIPPS is enabled, but then I go to checkout, it shows that there isn’t any active payment method. What is wrong?

    I’m using Bricks builder, if it does matter.

    The webpage builder shouldn’t matter. Are you using the standard WooCommerce checkout or the special Vipps Checkout solution?

    Hey,

    Thank you for answer.

    I have tried both, using Woo checkout and Vipps checkout, but nothing, it’s like Vipps doesn’t exist at all, but it’s setuped.

    1. Is your currency set to NOK (for Vipps) or DKK/EUR (for Mobilepay, as appropriate?
    2. Does your shopping cart contain any non-standard products?
    3. If you have an object cache (like Redis or similar) installed, please disable it, deactivate and reactivate the plugin. You can then reenable the object cache. They sometimes get confused.

    I think the problem was that I was using EUR instead of NOK, now it shows in checkout:

    Vipps Vipps

    Almost done! Remember, there are no fees using Vipps MobilePay when shopping online.

        Right, that’s the expected result – for Vipps you will need NOK, for Mobilepay you will need EUR or DKK as appropriate.
