Vipps does not support your currency

    Hi,

    We have a woocommerce with WPML for second language and currency on the shop. The main language is ENG and the main currency is EUR, and NOK is the second currency. Do to this I get an error on the site, Vipps does not support your currency.

    We use Klarna checkout, and would like to continue with this, but also offer Vipps to the Norwegian clisnts shopping in NOK. When Vipps is activated I can’t get the products to be added in NOK in the cart, and then I can’t continue to checkout as the products are not added in NOK.

    Is there an issue with WPML, and a workorund on this?

    In the back end you will get that message, but whether or not Vipps or Mobilepay is supported in the front end is determined dynamically using the get_woocommerce_currency() function, which should integrate correctly with currency-switcher plugins.

    I’m not sure I understood your error description, but is it the case that you are *normally* able to create carts with NOK as currency, but not with Vipps activated? There should be no mechanism that would interfere with normal cart actions like that.
