VIP member area in wordpress

I want to add a VIP membership area with features like

1. $5/month recurring charge

2 A profile that they fill out when they sign up. Thereafter, when the log in, it will take them to a custom dashboard

3. A recipe archive, with searchable and categorized recipes

is it ok or any other plugin u know that match this requirement ??
