Violates WordPress rules. cant remove

  • Absolutely ruined my weekend. I launch next week. accidentally installed this theme viwa Learndash and now after removal and even after restoring from backups this theme has utterly broken my site where footer in top and menus are missing.

    Clearly this theme violates wordpress rules and I demand the writers undo what they have done.

    Somewhere somehow remnants of it persist about my site despite deleting most of my public HTML and restoring from backups.
    unbelievable mess.

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I know you had a difficult time, but I can assure you that Astra adheres to all of the www.remarpro.com theme guidelines and rules.

    Could you please clarify the problem with the footer top and menus? Astra provides a header and footer builder with numerous advanced features, but if you don’t use Astra’s header/footer builder, it should not mess with your existing menus or footer areas.

    Furthermore, deleting public HTML files is a rare occurrence. Astra never deletes anything from the website.

    I suspect something else occurred on your website! Could you kindly contact us and provide additional information about the issues you are facing so we can assist you?
