    bakethiscake.com I just went WordPress Pro. I feel so proud — although I’m not really sure what it all means and I can’t reduce my posts to 2 (from all posts showing at once so it takes a while to load). (and I don’t really know what version I’m running.) So certainly just feeling my way through.

  • Good start. Definitely wayyyyyy too much content on the home page. You can change the # of posts on the home page under the Settings –> Reading –>Blog pages show at most

    I’ve set my Settings Page under Reading to:
    Blog pages show at most 2 posts
    Syndication feeds show the most recent2 items
    —but it doesn’t change from posting every post I’ve ever written practically all on the main page and I can’t seem to get it to change.
    I had it set to 10 posts when I first started and then changed it but it won’t change.
