Vine doesn't start

    the vine should play on rollover and uses video.js to ensure fallback to flash when native mp4 support is not available. Does it work when you hover?

    Nope, it doesn’t work when hover, do I need a plugin to play video.js files?

    yes, Flash. IF your browser doesn’t support MP4 natively. What browser are you using?
