VIN field won’t save

    Go ahead and add to the list of issues that your VIN will not show on the listing. It won’t save and doesn’t stay if you use the regular fields versus the “VEHICLE SELECT” feature that is inaccurate and coming from an API that is not current to date.

    Hi,

    Are you using a premium extension? Because the VIN field is not available in this free version of the plugin.

    If so, please send us a support ticket, with the name of the extension, so we can check the issue for you.

    Yessir, I am using the premium version. The field on the right sidebar of the Admin portal does not save, however, if I filled out the DVLA VIN field it showed and saved in both.
