    I was briefly in touch with support but right now I am getting no response anymore, I tried website, email and twitter.

    Here is the situation and hopefully someone here has an idea of what is going on. In Jan. of this year I got notified that my vimeography galleries where not not working. Turned out that in the backend of WordPress the plugin said ” you have no galleries, create your first ” (or something along those lines. Contacted support and got a message to re-create them and that it wouldn’t happen again. ?!?! How would it not happen again? You did nothing? Confirmed nothing? I accepted this is a one-time-thing

    I re-created my galleries (I have a little under 300 videos on Vimeo) and things worked again until the end of last Sep. On the 25th I got notified my vimeography galleries where gone again. Same situation according to the plugin no galleries. This time I dug a little deeper and think that the meta information about the galleries has been removed from the vimeography table and therefore SQL joins come up empty, hence, no galleries.

    I contacted support and explained the situation, previous deletion and the current deletion. I got a reply ” please check plugins “. My system had not been changed in the two weeks before I got notified of the broken vimeography galleries and the situations happened 9 months apart (a lot happened on the site in those 9 months), it was not the plugins and there is still the case of the missing meta data from the plugins tables.

    I contacted support and got a reply ” enter you license again and you will get a new version to download “. Ok… I did, nothing happened, no new version to download ( and still no galleries).

    I contacted support and…. nothing… completely ignored, no reply on emails (where I offer help, access to the site, db, whatever is necessary), no reply on the support box on their site, no reply via twitter. So now here.

    It would be great is support could pick this up or at the -very- least stay in touch about the status and situation.

    If anyone recognizes the issue that I described (deleted galleries) and has an idea what to do or what caused it… let me know.

    The developer cannot help any customers here. They risk getting in real trouble if they use these forums for customers; that’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hi Jan,

    Thank you for that explanation, I was not aware of this.

    My reason for writing here is that fact the developer of the plugin is not responding via the channels they are offering. Just don’t know where else to go atm :/
