    Hi,

When I embed a Vimeo video in my page it creates visual problems in the mobile responsive view of the page – the content slider gets cut in half as does the copyright footer

It’s only a problem on the pages where my videos are embedded

Any advice on how to fix this?

Also, (and I don’t know if I should start a new thread for this) the Vimeo videos are showing up as so small on the desktop view!! Initially they were perfectly sized and then sometime this week they just shrunk on me. I’ve tried adjusting the pixels where you insert the URL link but nothing happens. Again, can anyone suggest how to fix this?

  • Hello,
Looking at the main site videos they are set to be 400 x 300 and look like they are the right size.
When you did the embed, did you ask for a larger size?
I will take a look at the mobile but have to say my knowledge is fairly limited in that area.

    Hi Neil,

Thanks for your response. Yes I’ve tried embedding it and adjusting the size but it doesn’t seem to do anything. No matter what I input in the ‘width’ section (where you input the Url using the ‘V’ button on the wordpress page) it doesn’t change it

The videos just look too small for the page. I realize that people can still expand the video but I’d like it to still be a little larger initially

    Thanks!
    Candis
