Vimeo script blocking shortcut to accept cookies.

Hi there,

We are using the feature of the plugin that blocks Vimeo videos from playing before cookies are accepted. ‘On the video, there is a notification that says Accept Non Necessary cookies to view the content.’

The ‘Non Necessary’ text of this notification appears as a link wrapped in an tag. However, the link doesn’t do anything. Is this the expected result or is there an issue with the plugin.
