Vimeo not showing in gallery – plugin author is dead

  • Anybody ever figure this out? It looks like the shortcode simply ignores Vimeo links…

    Since the vimeo links on the plugin author’s homepage are also broken, it would appear the problem is likely due to a change in Vimeo’s API, which would require patching or rewriting the plugin to fix. Doesn’t look like the author is supporting the plugin anymore.

    Added note: The vimeo videos still play when clicked, it appears it’s just the thumbnail that is not being generated.

    any news from author of plugin ?

    I’ve encountered this issue as well, has anyone found a fix or workaround?
